Position Summary:
Select cases and other containers of food and non-food products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems. Items are placed on pallets, and completed orders are moved to the loading dock staging area with an electric pallet jack/forklift, wrapped, labeled, and prepared for shipment in a timely manner, observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met. Maintain the efficient flow of product through the production process. Function as a team member within the department and organization, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities:
- Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures per company guidelines. Ensure work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions or acts immediately.
- Review work schedule, obtain supplies required for operations, and perform safety checks on equipment. Use all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
- Operate pallet jacks along assigned routes and locate products according to order sheets.
- Manually select stock items from pick slots and racks as required, using single or double pallets.
- Transport completed pallets to the shipping dock staging area. May require shrink-wrapping pallets for staging.
- Manage equipment batteries, including recharging or replacing as needed, and complete vehicle inspection checklists. Secure all equipment at shift end and complete necessary paperwork.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Must be able to work scheduled times and required overtime.
- Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Able to lift, stack, and pull products weighing between 10-35 pounds, and up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.
- Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
- Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
