Job summary

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client in the food manufacturing and distribution sector, seeks an Order Picker in Bellingham, MA. The role supports efficient product movement in the DSD Warehouse, emphasizing safety, productivity, and SOP adherence.

You'll operate RF scanning and voice-picking tools when applicable, load and unload bread trays, and ensure accurate labeling and distribution. The position offers a 2nd shift: 2:00pm–10:30pm, with opportunities to contribute to Continuous

Our client, food manufacturing and distribution operations is seeking a Order Picker to join their team. As a Order Picker, you will be part of the DSD Warehouse team supporting efficient, accurate product movement throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, the ability to meet productivity goals, and a commitment to following standard operating procedures which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Order Picker

Location: Bellingham, MA

Pay Range: $17.60

Shift: 2nd Shift 2:00pm-10:30pm

What's the Job?

• Transport materials and items from the picking area to other designated areas.
• Sort and place materials or items on pallets and/or bakery dollies according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Load and unload bread trays from trucks.
• Pick, stack, label, and distribute products within the warehouse while following standard operation procedures and meeting productivity goals.
• Use RF scanning and voice picking equipment for directed order picking, if applicable, and maintain clean, safe work areas in line with safety, food safety, and hygiene guidelines.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED equivalent; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and consistently meet productivity goals.
• Comfort working in a warehouse environment while adhering to safety, food safety, and hygiene requirements.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, with safe lifting/carrying practices.
• May be certified to drive a riding pallet jack
