Our client, a fast-paced distribution and logistics operation, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Distribution Center team supporting daily order fulfillment and accurate inventory handling. The ideal candidate will have a safety-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and the drive to meet daily productivity goals—while staying focused on accuracy and quality.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: st george, UT

Pay Range: $19.40/hr Starting | $19.90/hr After 90 Days

Shift: Day shift

What's the Job?

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists and/or order documentation
• Use RF scanners to locate items, confirm quantities, and support efficient fulfillment
• Maintain inventory accuracy by following established processes and quality checks
• Work in a distribution center environment with a focus on meeting daily pick metrics
• Stay productive while working safely, including walking and standing for extended periods

What's Needed?

• Order picking, warehouse picker, or fulfillment associate experience
• RF scanner experience
• Warehouse experience with a strong focus on inventory accuracy and quality control
• Ability to meet daily productivity goals in a fast-paced distribution center
• Strong attendance and a safety mindset; comfortable walking and standing for most of the shift
