Description
Join our team as an Order Management Specialist providing sales support in the areas of quote generation, customer purchase order review and processing, order entry and follow up with potential or existing customers globally.
Key Responsibilities
· Support Purchase Order Processing, New/Repeat Quote & Proposal Generation and Order Maintenance supporting global customers
· Support incoming Customer requests via email and phone
· Support Regional Sales Managers, Distributors, and Technical Sales with Proposal / Quotation Development, Order status, Opportunity creation, and Export Compliance.
· Troubleshoot order issues.
· Expedite order/quote while being detailed and quality oriented.
· Review new Orders with appropriate parties as part of the global purchase order review process
· Shared responsibility for documentation and reporting accuracy for Order Management metrics
· Responsible for following all documented process procedures related to Pricing and Syspro ERP maintenance
· Responsible to ensure all Proposed and Quoted products are standard Videology product, utilizing Videology Master Price List. Responsible for escalating non-standard requests to the Director of Global Operations
· Operates cross functionally with Sales, Engineering, Technical Support, Operations and Finance.
· Acts as contact person and liaison on behalf of customers to Videology sales and marketing teams and partners.
Requirements
· Proficient in MS Office including word processing, spread sheets, ERP databases, email and web searches
· Excellent phone and communications skills
· Comfortable speaking with all internal and external levels of customers
Core Qualifications
· Experience: 2 -5 years of Customer Support experience, Sales ERP experience
· Education: AS, BS or equivalent experience
