Job description

Nova Biomedical is hiring an Order Management Specialist on the U.S. Analyzers and Consumables team at our Lexington Rd, Billerica, MA Facility. The hours are 9:30 A.M - 6:00 P.M. This position will be responsible for processing and managing customer orders and returns (RMAs) providing delivery dates, issuing credit requests, and creating new customer accounts. Other responsibilities include:

• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Have a customer-centric mindset and see situations from the customer's point-of-view
• Meet individual goals and contribute to team goals
• Process orders received via email and EDI in SAP
• Provide customers with product, pricing, and availability information
• Process credit cards
• Satisfy customer requests for price quotations
• Create new customer accounts in SAP
• Resolve customer issues

Qualifications:

• Excellent communications skills are a must
• Fluency in English
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of Microsoft product suite
• Previous SAP experience preferred

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma
• 2-3 years of related office or customer service experience
