Consonus Pharmacy Services, LLC is seeking a Pharmacy Technician - Order Management to join a fast-paced team dedicated to long-term care patients. The role focuses on accurately entering new and refill orders, handling fax and phone communications, and delivering outstanding patient care.

You will resolve order exceptions, communicate with leadership and peers, and participate in a supportive environment with opportunities for training and career growth.

Formación

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in appropriate state.
• Strong computer skills.
• Outstanding telephone communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately and efficiently enter new or refill orders
• Handle incoming fax and telephone communication
• Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care
• Properly handle order exceptions such as refill too soon, invalid orders, etc.
• Resolve common pharmacy problems quickly and efficiently
• Communicate effectively to leadership and to peers
