Job summary

The Golden Hog is seeking a hands-on Order Management Lead to oversee daily customer order management, processing, and fulfillment across grocery, food-service, and eCommerce channels. You will coordinate phone, online, in-store, pickup, delivery, and catering orders, supervising order preparation and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in order management, fulfillment, or supervisor roles in retail, grocery, hospitality, or food-service.
• Ability to lead, train, and coordinate staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of order processing, accuracy, and delivery coordination.
• Experience with multiple order channels (phone, online, in-store, pickup, catering).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily customer order management across grocery, food-service, and eCommerce channels.
• Coordinate order processing, fulfillment timelines, and accuracy.
• Lead staff training and workflow coordination to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Resolve customer issues and drive continuous improvements in operations.
• Maintain records and communicate effectively with internal departments.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Deli, Bakery, Grocery, and Delivery teams for timely fulfillment.
