Job description

We are looking for an experienced Order Management Associate with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in order management, order processing, and backlog management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through fulfillment, monitoring order backlogs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate order execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order management cycle, including order entry, validation, processing, tracking, and closure.
• Review and maintain backlog orders, identifying pending, delayed, or blocked orders and driving timely resolution.
• Monitor order status and ensure orders are processed within agreed timelines and service-level requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to resolve order-related issues.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, delivery dates, inventory, customer information, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Order Management, Order Processing, Customer Operations, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience managing backlog orders and pending orders.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end order-to-cash/order fulfillment process.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including filtering, sorting, lookups, pivot tables, and basic reporting.
