Job summary

Mastronardi Produce is seeking an Order Management Specialist in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role focuses on replenishment, order execution, and inventory management for designated items across distribution centers.

Collaborate with planning, category, DCs, and vendor teams to maintain in-stock performance and efficient product flow. A Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
• At least 2 years experience relevant experience (Distribution/Manufacturing).
• Experience in replenishment, supply planning, demand planning, vendor managed inventory, supply chain, merchandising, procurement, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience supporting retail replenishment, DC ordering, vendor supply planning, inventory management, or category/transportation partnership.
• Experience using replenishment systems, purchase order systems, reporting tools, or planning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Replenishment execution for assigned items across designated DCs.
• Operate replenishment systems and processes, support accurate order creation, PO execution, and inventory management.
• Maintain planning inputs including lead times, order cycles, minimums, order quantities, truck scaling, and other replenishment settings.
• Monitor key performance metrics: in-stock, Order vs. Ship, sufficiency, days of supply, aged inventory, excess inventory, and service reliability.
• Collaborate with planning, category, division, DC, transportation, and vendor supply teams to resolve replenishment issues and protect store in-stock.
• Review ad plans, display plans, promotional projections, and item-level demand changes to ensure items are supported.
• Partner with demand planners and planning teams to review forecast accuracy and provide forward-looking insight on promotions and supply limitations.
• Support new item execution, item transitions, pack changes, bonus packs, discontinued items, seasonal programs, and vendor switches.
