Qualifications

• Back-of-house or retail operations experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., maneuver throughout sales floor and stock areas, and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to support customers and store personnel.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight shifts or travel.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound freight and shipments, inspect deliveries, and verify packaging and tag placement.
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans and ISOS replenishment to maintain accurate floor and stock levels.
• Manage ship-to-home orders, store-to-store transfers, reticketing, and labeling activities.
• Support the sales floor with stock checks, merchandise delivery, and occasional sales transactions.
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation and back-of-house organization.
