Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Digital Image Operator for our New Jersey facility. The role supports precise execution of job orders, setup of presses, and monitoring quality and equipment during production shifts.

The ideal candidate has mechanical/technical aptitude, basic math and solid computer skills, and can work the 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. DailyPay is available to eligible employees, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Basic math skills to read a ruler and calculate label dimensions.
• Strong computer knowledge to download and manipulate files.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed instructions from job orders and fix errors promptly.
• Set up/adjust press for job runs to meet specifications.
• Monitor product quality and flag deviations during runs.
• Monitor equipment for mechanical issues and refer to maintenance as needed.
• Initiate start-up and run jobs per production schedule.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and upkeep.
• Meet standards for output, waste and spoilage; keep workspace tidy.
