Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in New Berlin, WI is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to join our logistics team. You will print customer orders, pick products, verify order details, and help with inbound/outbound freight.

No prior experience required; training will be provided. This is a daytime, regular-week schedule with a $19 per hour pay range. You will work in a collaborative warehouse environment focused on accuracy and timely delivery, with opportunities to develop skills in warehouse operations

Qualifications

• Good reading, math, computer, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to pass machine driver safety training for all required equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and multi-task efficiently.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Print customer orders from the computer system and select the appropriate products from the shelves or primary product locations.
• Verify product and pick information for all customer orders to maintain high accuracy, including serial numbers for high-tech items.
• Ensure timely receipt and processing of inbound and outbound freight, including loading and unloading shipments from trucks.
• Pack customer orders carefully using appropriate-sized boxes or envelopes to prevent damage during delivery.
• Verify shipping labels for accuracy and process shipping upgrades as necessary to meet delivery expectations.

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking an Order Fullfillment Associate to join their team. As an Order Fullfillment Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the shipping and receiving department. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: New Berlin, WI

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday through Friday
