Job summary

Wisconsin Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector/Picker to join our warehouse team. This role focuses on accurately selecting, building, and loading customer orders for delivery while staying active in a fast-paced environment.

You will locate products, pull items from racks, build bulk orders, verify accuracy, and load trucks with forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts. Certification to operate forklifts is required and overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working in a warehouse setting is a plus.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Locate products throughout the warehouse using order sheets.
• Efficiently and accurately pull products from warehouse racking and pallets.
• Build bulk customer orders on pallets from warehouse inventory.
• Verify the correct number and type of products are selected and loaded.
• Wrap completed orders prior to loading onto delivery trucks.

Wisconsin Distributors is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Order Selector/Picker to join our warehouse team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are accurately selected, built, and loaded for delivery. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a team that keeps products moving efficiently, we'd love to hear from you. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Locate products throughout the warehouse using order sheets.

Schedule

• Sunday through Thursday, starting at 4:00 p.m.

Requirements

Education & Work Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working in a warehouse setting a plus.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Experience operating forklifts and/or pallet jacks preferred, but not required.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work overtime when business needs require.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and warehouse documentation.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and tools, including computers, iPads, hoists, hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and various hand tools.
