Job summary

Natorp is seeking an Order Fulfillment Team Lead to oversee daily Harvest and Assembly operations, mentor staff, and drive efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with Sales, Growers, and Production leadership to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, with weekend and seasonal overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading, supervising, or managing employees.
• 3+ years in receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, inventory management, or related operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily Harvest & Assembly operations to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Assign workloads, monitor productivity, and provide real-time coaching and training to team members.
• Collaborate with Sales, Growers, and Production leadership to meet quality and customer requirements.
• Monitor team performance through established metrics and benchmark standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and optimize labor utilization.
• Drive continuous process improvement while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Complete administrative tasks including reporting, scheduling, and documentation.

Are you a driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and enjoys developing high-performing teams? We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Team Lead to oversee all aspects of customer order harvesting and assembly operations. In this role, you will lead and mentor team members, drive operational efficiency, maintain quality standards, and collaborate closely with Sales, Growers, and Production leadership to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately, safely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all daily Harvest & Assembly operations to ensure customer orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Assign daily workloads, monitor productivity, and provide real-time coaching, feedback, and training to team members.
• Collaborate with Sales, Growers, and the Production Coach to ensure products meet quality expectations and customer requirements.
• Monitor team performance through established metrics and benchmark standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and optimize labor utilization.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives focused on maximizing output while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Assess the quality of products and processes by evaluating effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
• Complete and maintain administrative tasks associated with Harvest & Assembly operations, including reporting, scheduling, and documentation.
• Train and develop team members using established job aids, procedures, and best practices.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
• Ensure a safe workplace by promoting and enforcing company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with staffing, cross-training, and workforce planning as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, inventory management, or related operations preferred.
• 3+ years of experience directly leading, supervising, or managing employees.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members toward achieving common goals.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and achieve objectives with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Passion for plants, quality, and innovation is a plus.
• Willingness and flexibility to work weekends and seasonal overtime as required.
