Job summary

Diamonds Direct in Charlotte is seeking an Order Fulfillment Coordinator to execute standardized operational tasks across order processing, inventory data, and vendor coordination within Central Operations.

You will support store fulfillment, monitor orders, validate stock receipts, and ensure pricing and data integrity while collaborating with stores and vendors in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Strong operational execution and attention to detail.
• Comfort working in high-volume, process-driven environments.
• Ability to follow standardized workflows and elevate appropriately.
• Experience with inventory systems, job orders, or retail operations strongly preferred.
• Clear written communication skills for store and vendor interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and speed across processing, inventory data, and vendor coordination.
• Create and process job orders, special orders and shop supplies.
• Monitor order status, exceptions, and delays; elevate when service levels are at risk.
• Support central receiving workflows and validate stock receipts before store distribution.
• Assist with order-related inquiries from stores or Central Ops.
