Brilliance LLC in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a detail-obsessed individual for in-person jewelry order fulfillment. You will curate and pack high-value items with precision, craft premium unboxing experiences, and coordinate shipping with trusted carriers.

The role requires 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend peaks during holidays. Prior luxury retail or e-commerce fulfillment experience is preferred, along with a strong eye for symmetry and luxury presentation.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Job Description: Location : Boynton Beach, FL (In-person).

Compensation: $45,760 – $49,920 per year (equivalent to $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience and performance).

Signing Bonus: $500 after 30 days of employment. $500 after 90 days of employment + performance-based rate increase.

Schedule: Full-time | Minimum 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (US Time). Occasional weekends during holiday peak periods.

• Treat every order like a $10,000 ring (because it might be).

Requirements

• Experience in boutique-level e-commerce, luxury retail, or order fulfillment involving small, high-value items (jewelry, cosmetics, watches, etc).
• Excellent attention to detail — you triple-check your work before you say “done.”
• Polished presentation skills with an eye for symmetry, neatness, and luxury appeal.
• Familiarity with shipping/label software (a plus, not required).
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated — the kind of person others trust with delicate items.
