Job summary

Beltservice Corporation is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.). You will pull, pack, and prepare orders per customer requirements using shop order instructions.

Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, English proficiency, and warehouse experience with forklift certification preferred. Wage starts at $20–$22/hour with full-time benefits and uniform program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; preferred.
• Must understand spoken and written English with strong attention to detail.
• Warehouse experience preferred; forklift certified or ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Navigate inventory inquiries using inventory software.
• Enter required information into the system to complete reports and process orders.
• Assist in inventory control and shrink reduction by checking orders for accuracy.
• Assemble orders requiring extra work and stage for packaging and outbound processes.
• Reference catalogs to ensure complete assemblies for shipment.

Description

Beltservice Corporation has an immediate opening for a diligent and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist on our 1st shift (Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.). This individual will accurately pull, pack, and prepare orders per customer requirements via shop order instructions.

Responsibilities

• Use inventory software to navigate inventory inquiries and label production.
• Complete reports/process orders by entering required information into system.
• Assist in inventory control processes and shrink reduction processes by properly checking orders for accuracy.
• Properly assemble all orders requiring additional work and stage for packaging and outbound processes.
• Reference catalogs to ensure entire assemblies are complete to ship to customers.
