Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supervising up to 45 direct reports in a distribution/fulfillment environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage departmental goals and performance.
• Direct and mentor up to 45 associates in order filling.
• Train and develop team members for improved productivity.
• Ensure accurate daily production metrics and reporting.
• Maintain labor reporting accuracy and timesheet approvals.
• Participate in daily/weekly/monthly meetings.
• Assist in interviews and hiring of hourly staff.
• Drive department toward safety, efficiency, and cost goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
