Job summary

Green Lake Nursery is seeking an Order Fulfillment Supervisor to lead the team that picks, stages, and loads customer orders for delivery and pickup. You will ensure every order leaves the nursery complete, accurate, healthy, and on time.

Candidates should have supervisory experience, preferably in fulfillment or agriculture, with nursery or horticulture knowledge a plus. Strong detail orientation and MS Office skills are required, and the role involves outdoor work in all weather.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or agriculture preferred.
• Nursery or horticulture experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and coach the order fulfillment crew and leads.
• Prioritize orders by delivery route and pickup schedule.
• Verify picked product matches invoices and is staged on the right truck.
• Keep plants healthy from the field through loading.
• Manage customer pickup and provide excellent service.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Growing, Inventory, and Maintenance.
• Enforce equipment safety checks and safe work practices.
