Job summary

T N M Partners in Waller, TX seeks an Assembler to accurately fulfill customer orders by selecting and assembling healthy plants for shipment. You will identify plant varieties, assess maturity and health to meet quality standards, and transport completed orders to the dock for loading.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced greenhouse environment, and teamwork. Previous agricultural or nursery experience is preferred; physical lifting up to 50 pounds is required;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in agriculture, nursery production, or warehouse order fulfillment preferred.
• Ability to identify plant varieties and assess health and maturity.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review orders and pull correct plant material according to specifications.
• Identify plant varieties, sizes, and container types using labels and guidelines.
• Evaluate plant health and maturity to meet quality standards.
• Transport assembled orders to dock area for shipping and loading.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety policies.
• Assist with inventory rotation and staging areas as needed.
