Key Home Furnishings in Lake Oswego, Oregon is hiring a Customer Service Purchase Order Assistant to join our warehouse-based office team. You will respond to emails and calls, manage cases from start to finish, and track parts, orders, and shipments.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service or front office experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone and via email.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Comfortable learning and using CRM systems, order management platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Typing 50+ words per minute preferred.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, calls, and service inquiries.
• Manage customer service cases from start to finish.
• Order replacement parts and track shipments.
• Monitor purchase orders and update estimated arrival dates.
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding order and service status.
• Coordinate service appointments and follow-up activities.
• Receive and inspect incoming parts for accuracy.
• Maintain organized records and customer follow-up schedules.
• Manage stock, container, and sales-order purchase orders.
• Work within multiple systems to maintain status updates and documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.
