Job summary

Meridian Bioscience International Limited is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Memphis to manage orders, support the MLS team, and resolve customer inquiries. You will handle order entry, CRM cases, and billing issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in customer service, experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and familiarity with ISO quality standards. Some evenings/weekends may be required to meet departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Information Systems, or 4+ years of customer service experience in a related industry required.
• Advanced degree (MS, PhD, MBA) or 5+ years of global customer service experience in a related industry preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service, marketing, or inbound sales experience preferred.
• Complete Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems required
• INFOR/XA and Salesforce experience a plus.
• Familiarity with Harmonized Codes and USDA IREGS preferred.
• Experience working within ISO 13485 or similar quality environment.

Responsibilities

• Order entry management and end-to-end order fulfillment to ensure flawless execution and timely resolution of issues.
• Answer phone calls and customer service emails daily and escalate as needed.
• Manage the MLS inbox and route inquiries to appropriate channels.
• Monitor Open Orders and document trends to support reorder points.
• Partner with Commercial Sales Team to grow accounts and support proposals.
