Stampede Culinary Partners in Sunland Park, NM is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this full-time role, you will process orders, communicate with customers, and collaborate with Sales, Production, and Shipping to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.

You will use our ERP system, manage pricing and account details, and support reports and promotional programs. The successful candidate has 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, detail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service, order entry, or administrative experience.
• Manufacturing, food production, or distribution experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP or order management systems preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the ERP system.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, products, pricing, delivery schedules, and account needs.
• Monitor ordering trends and proactively follow up on changes in purchasing activity.
• Coordinate with Production and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
• Investigate and resolve customer questions, order discrepancies, and service concerns.
• Maintain customer pricing and account information for accuracy.
• Support export documentation and customer requirements when applicable.
• Assist with sample requests, promotions, and special customer projects.
• Prepare reports and provide administrative support for Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Partner with internal departments to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
