Job summary

Daifuku North America in Hobart, IN is seeking an Order Filler for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 5:00pm–1:30am). You will label and put away materials, prepare outbound orders, and help maintain accurate inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include using a scanner to verify orders, assisting with weekly inventory, and following safety rules while operating forklift when needed. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating forklift a plus.
• Experience with inventory/shipping a plus.

Responsibilities

• Labeling and counting materials received and put away in the correct area safely and on time.
• Preparing accurate orders for outbound shipments.
• Consolidating inventory.
• Conducting weekly inventory and refreshing labels as needed.
• Uses a scanner to verify and track orders.
• May be required to use material handling equipment, following all safety rules.
• Comply with Daifuku's QMS policies and procedures and drive continuous improvement.
