Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
• Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Exhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the point of contact for customers, managing inquiries and supporting orders from receipt through fulfillment.
• Coordinating with Procurement, Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
• Monitoring order status, communicating updates, and proactively addressing issues to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Supporting demand, inventory, and fulfillment planning activities to help meet customer and business objectives.
• Analyzing order and operational data to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision‑making.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service levels, operational efficiency, and on‑time delivery.
