Job summary

Red River Pharmacy Long Term Care is hiring a Long Term Care Order Entry Specialist for a remote role based in Arkansas. The ideal candidate will enter prescriptions, maintain patient records, and collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare facilities to ensure timely processing.

Qualifications

• Experience with Long Term Care pharmacy and order entry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Now Hiring: Long Term Care Order Entry Specialist (Remote – Arkansas)

Red River Pharmacy Long Term Care is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Long Term Care Order Entry Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position for the ideal candidate.

Candidate must reside within the state of Arkansas.

Position Summary

The Long Term Care Order Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering prescription orders, maintaining patient records, and working closely with pharmacists and healthcare facilities to ensure timely and accurate medication processing. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Long Term Care pharmacy experience preferred
• Order entry experience in a pharmacy setting required
• FrameworkLTC software experience is a huge plus
• Must be licensed with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician, or be eligible to obtain licensure.
• For the ideal candidate, Red River Pharmacy Long Term Care is willing to cover the cost of obtaining Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy licensure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity in a remote setting
