Position Overview

The Distribution Clerk plays a key role in processing outgoing orders and ensuring accurate, timely shipments to customers. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position with the opportunity to be cross-trained in multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

Mailroom / Shipping Duties

• Assemble and package outgoing orders (100–200 boxes daily)
• Ensure shipments are accurate, secure, and sent on time
• Print shipping labels and coordinate pickups (UPS, USPS, courier)
• Use RF scanners, scales, and postage systems
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with inventory cycle counts

Lens Department Duties (as Needed)

• Unbox incoming inventory and stock shelves
• Process returns to suppliers for non-stock items

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
