TEKsystems is seeking a contract-to-hire Customer Service / Sales Support professional in Milwaukee, WI. The role manages quotes, orders, delivery updates, and technical support, collaborating with the outside sales team to ensure accurate documentation and responsive service.

Responsibilities include order entry, conveying delivery expectations, stock-out explanations, and helping the sales team on daily tasks. Onsite work and close teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2 years of manufacturing sales support or manufacturing customer service.
• Experience in past role managing Product Knowledge.
• Microsoft Office Suite.

This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, managing quotes, order entry, delivery updates, and technical support while ensuring a high level of service and accuracy throughout the sales process. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
