Job summary

Remedi SeniorCare is seeking an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician to join our team at our closed‑door, Rosedale, MD facility. You will swiftly and accurately enter prescriptions into the Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack system and communicate with customers by phone to address their needs.

Under pharmacist supervision, you will handle order entry, data discrepancies, and timely input of prescription information, supporting department goals and delivering reliable service to residents in

Qualifications

• Order entry experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge.
• Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations.
• Minimum of two (2) years working in a long‑term care pharmacy preferred but not required.

Remedi SeniorCare is seeking a dynamic Order Entry Pharmacy Technician to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long‑term care facilities.

Location: On site at our closed‑door, Rosedale M D , pharmacy ( 9006 Yellow Brick Road, Rosedale, M D )

Salary : $18 - $20 per hour + Shift Differential (dependent upon experience and license type)

Available Schedule: 2nd Shift 3:30PM - 12:00AM (M-F) with rotating weekends

(first four weeks must be available to work a 9 am – 5:30 or 2pm-10:30pm training schedule)

Key Responsibilities

As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/ DocuTrack pharmacy system. Additionally, you'll communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs.

Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for:

• Efficient order entry and follow‑up


• Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies


• Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input


• Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals


• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
