Crawford Thomas Recruiting is assisting a long-term care pharmacy in Arkansas with a Pharmacy Technician to join their team. You will act as a critical link between the pharmacy, nursing facilities, and patients, ensuring accurate medication dispensing and documentation.

Responsibilities include filling medications per physician orders, preparing emergency kits, maintaining pharmacy records, and handling calls from nursing facilities with timely support.

Formación

• 2+ years of pharmacy experience required.
• Current Pharmacy Technician license in good standing with the State of Arkansas.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join their long-term care pharmacy team. In this role, you will serve as an important link between the pharmacy, nursing facilities, and patients.

Salary & Schedule

• $20–$22/hour
• Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately select and fill medications according to physician orders
• Prepare and maintain emergency medication kits for use in nursing facilities
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records
• Field phone calls from nursing facilities and triage and process requestsProvide timely and professional support to nursing facility staff

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmacy experience required

• Ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
