Qualifications

• Must speak, read and write English.
• Must be extremely detail oriented in order to update reports daily.
• Must be able to read inventory and check stock reports to answer multiple emails promptly.
• Strong problem solving skills as order requirements may change multiple times in a day.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse, art and production departments.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and support the team with accurate order entry.
• Review order information for accuracy and completeness, enter orders, and upload documentation.
• Update lists, spreadsheets, and customer account information as needed.
• Work closely with internal teams and assist with special projects.
• Identify, research, and resolve any errors, omissions, and discrepancies.
• Maintain organized manual and electronic file systems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
