Job summary

Arhaus Upholstery – Conover, NC is seeking a Customer Service Order Entry Associate to handle orders and related processes in the Customer Service department. This is a Non-Exempt – Full Time - Hourly role located at Arhaus Upholstery in Conover, NC.

The position requires printing orders daily, managing order totals, collaboration with team members, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with weekends/overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Computer experience such as using email, Excel, word, etc.
• Furniture Customer Service Experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Printing all orders from the system daily, keeping up with daily and weekly total number of orders, and overseeing questions on orders.
• This position may also be cross‑trained to help with other functions/tasks as needed.
• Any other tasks asked by the supervisor will be required as well.
