Job summary

Arhaus Upholstery – Conover, NC is seeking a Customer Service Order Entry Associate to handle orders and related processes in the Customer Service department. This is a Non-Exempt – Full Time - Hourly role located at Arhaus Upholstery in Conover, NC.

The position requires printing orders daily, managing order totals, collaboration with team members, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with weekends/overtime as needed.

• Furniture Customer Service Experience preferred.

Duties And Responsibilities

This position is responsible for printing all orders from the system daily, keeping up with daily and weekly total number of orders, and overseeing questions on orders. This position may also be cross‑trained to help with other functions/tasks as needed. Any other tasks asked by the supervisor will be required as well.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs. Must be able to sit for a minimum of 8 hours per day. Some walking/standing is required. Must be able to work in normal conditions of a furniture manufacturing plant which is heated and cooled, as well as a typical office environment. Must have good vision. Must be able to wear required PPE of Safety Glasses and close-toe/close-heel shoes when required. Must be able to adhere to all Safety policies and procedures to prevent injuries to yourself and others.
