Job summary

Pace Labs in Tonawanda, NY is seeking a motivated Customer Service Associate to organize client requests, maintain databases, and coordinate with departments for project success.

The role offers Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a $20.00 per hour compensation and full-time benefits. Candidates should have 2+ years of customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Associates degree or higher a plus but not required.
• Demonstrates progression of self-management abilities.
• Microsoft Outlook and basic data entry skills

Responsibilities

• Organize client requests and project documents.
• Maintain user database to ensure project accuracy.
• Act as a liaison for project needs and provide guidance for the client.
• Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate department.
• Schedule and input bottle orders based on client sampling needs.
• Assist in developing project objectives, logistics, and other requirements.
• Interpret and apply department policies, taking into account applicable laws and regulations.
• Contribute to the overall department efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
• Work collaboratively across departments and adapt to a wide range of responsibilities as business needs evolve.

The salary range for this position reflects a variety of factors.
