Responsibilities

• Confirm receipt of orders received via e-mail.
• Review and enter e-mail orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Update Navpoint with ship-to addresses, contacts, and prospects.
• Communicate discrepancies or changes to customers clearly and promptly.
• Collaborate with outside sales and internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Enter customer concerns or complaints as needed.
• Be an active member of the Operator ACD Phone line.
• Assist in other projects as assigned.
