Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree or relevant healthcare coursework is preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience reviewing and interpreting medical records, claims documentation, or related healthcare documentation.
• Minimum of three years in supervisory, training, quality review, or workflow oversight in US healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to coach and provide clear feedback.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily activities of Order Documentation Specialists reviewing medical records and payer criteria.
• Assign and balance workload to ensure timely reviews and follow-ups.
• Provide coaching, training, and day-to-day support on documentation standards and workflow expectations.
• Review escalated cases and provide guidance when documentation is incomplete or unclear.
• Monitor quality, productivity, timeliness, and accuracy metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Escalate recurring issues or changes to leadership with actionable recommendations.
