Job summary

Zynex-Medical, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Supervisor to oversee daily workflow, coaching, and escalation support for Order Documentation Specialists.

You will ensure documentation reviews are completed accurately, consistently, and on time, applying payer criteria, internal workflows, privacy requirements, and established standard operating procedures. The role acts as a SME on documentation review standards, driving continuous improvement and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years reviewing medical records and related documentation.
• Three or more years in supervisory, training, quality oversight in US healthcare.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coach staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of Order Documentation Specialists.
• Assign, monitor, and balance team workload to ensure timely reviews.
• Provide coaching, training, and day-to-day support to specialists.
• Review escalated cases and provide guidance when needed.
• Monitor quality, productivity, timeliness, and accuracy metrics.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve documentation issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, provider, and claims information.
• Escalate recurring issues and participate in department planning.
