Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Review orders for completeness and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare invoices, credits, and related documentation.
• Generate reports and support data analysis needs.
• Create customer-specific pricing and product tags.
• Assist with order tracking, delivery documentation, and workflow management.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, pricing, invoices, and account questions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Learn multiple functions within the department to provide backup support when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Seasonal shifts: may work up to two evenings per week and participate in rotating weekend schedule during peak season.
