• Enter sales orders into MRP and proceed with work orders to ensure material availability.
• Maintain open order reports for selected customers and track order status.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, including high-volume calls and emails.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate credits when needed.
• Support sales by researching past orders and compiling data.
