Job summary

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc (CVG) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to direct and coordinate customer service activities at our CVG facility in the United States. You will take, confirm, enter, and manage orders, review EDI and manual orders, monitor shipments, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing/customer service experience.
• Experience with automotive OEM processes and ERP/EDI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take, confirm, enter, and manage incoming orders accurately and timely.
• Monitor shipments and open orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Resolve customer issues with first-call resolution and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with Production, Shipping, Sales, and Materials teams to meet customer needs.
