Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking an Order Coordinator to support warehouse operations in Bedford, OH. You will contribute to receiving, shipping, and manufacturing processes, ensuring accurate handling of materials and inventory control.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months in manufacturing, and proficiency with SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office 365. Monday–Friday mornings with hands‑on duties in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Must be detail oriented and thorough in completing tasks.
• Experience using math related to currency, weight, volume and distance.
• Proficiency with SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Convey materials from trailers or work area using hands, pallet jack, or forklift.
• Operate equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and stand‑up rack lifts.
• Follow procedures to identify materials to move and handle shipments.
• Receive, verify and document shipments per dock procedures.
• Keep accurate inventory using handheld scanners.
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Assist team to meet departmental and company goals.

Position Summary

Work as part of a team having responsibility for performing a variety of routine manual tasks in the warehouse, receiving, shipping and manufacturing area.

Morning - Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Convey materials from trailers and/or work area by using hands and/or pallet jack or forklift.
• Operators equipment to include pallet jacks, forklifts, and stand-up rack lifts.
• Follows instructions to ascertain materials to be moved.
• Receive, verify and document shipments of material according to dock procedures.
• Keeps accurate inventory using handheld scanner.
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Practice personal safety and follow all safety practices and procedures. Comply with all policies, practices andprocedures. Report all unsafe activities to management.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Physical Requirements

• Perform moderate physical activity in a production/technical environment.

• Perform quick, repetitive hand, finger, and wrist movements.
• Coordinate hand and body movements to respond to moving equipment or materials.
