Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider seeking an Order Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound shipments and align with client SLAs. The role involves data entry in SAP/TFS, monitoring shortages, and generating daily operations reports.

You will communicate with customers, warehouse staff, drivers and leadership to ensure ISO-9001 compliant processes and smooth logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify shortages, overages, or discrepancies.
• Complete daily operations reports.
• Perform warehouse admin tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with customers, drivers and leadership.
• Support ISO-9001 quality processes.

Job Description

The Order Coordinator coordinates inbound/outbound shipments based on customer demands and priorities. Position requires experience in a multiclient facility Coordinating between Operations and Client Services.

YOUR TASKS

• Coordinates the movement of material in and out of warehouse upon direction of Operations & Client SLAs
• Performs routine data input related to warehouse inbound and outbound moves.
• Must enter all pertinent information into systems of record: SAP/TFS (Think fulfillment System)
• Identifies any shortages, overages, etc.
• Completes daily operations reports.
• Fast, efficient, and accurate warehouse administrative work required.
• Communication with customers, warehouse associates, drivers and leadership
• Follows all workplace processes and standards in support of the ISO-9001 Quality certification.

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
