Perricone Farms in Fort Pierce, FL is seeking an Order Builder to join our fast-paced citrus operations. You will build orders from pick tickets, operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, and ensure accurate packing, QA/QC, and compliance with GMP, HACCP and FDA standards. The role requires attention to safety, teamwork, and meeting daily productivity targets.

Shift: 2nd shift, Monday–Friday starting at 4pm with 10–12 hour days; possible Saturdays. Competitive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish helpful.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
• Experience in using warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build orders using load tickets and operate power equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe work area following GMP, HACCP and OSHA guidelines.
• Operate powered lifts and forklifts; follow PPE standards.
• Meet daily productivity targets and support QA/QC and sanitation.
• Move products for restock with correct date codes and proper rotation.
• Assist in repacking damaged product and loading trucks.

This is fast-paced position which offers long-term, consistent employment with a competitive benefits package, including but not limited to Health, Vision, Dental, Life and 401K.Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate depending on the shiftShift / Hours: 2nd Shift; Monday - Friday @4pm;10-12-hour workdays; possible Saturday (If needed))Job Duties:As an Order Builder, you will be working in a cooler environment with a range of job duties, including but not limited to the following primary tasks:Comply with all environmental regulations including GMP’s, HACCP and OSHAMaintain a clean and safe environment while observing all PPE standards and precautions.Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as FDA standards.Maintain high standards QA, QC, and sanitation for both machines and products.Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment.Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.Responsible for meeting productivity requirements and frequently exposed to fumes and loud noise from forklifts and trucks.Responsible for pulling orders based on pick ticket to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks.Clean and repackage the damaged product, load full-service route trucks, and make sure the loads match the outgoing tickets.Operate powered lift trucks, floor sweepers, pallet jacks and forklifts safely, with a 0% incident rate.Drug Free Workplace:Notifies supervisor of unusual problems.Works in accordance with all company policies and procedures.Follows health and safety guidelines.
