Qualifications

• Experience using warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build orders according to load tickets and prepare for loading onto delivery trucks.
• Operate powered lift trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain QA, QC, and sanitation standards in the work area and on equipment.
• Comply with GMP, HACCP, OSHA, FDA and other regulations.
• Pull orders accurately and ensure correct product rotation and date codes.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized at all times.

Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate depending on the shift

Job Duties

• Comply with all environmental regulations including GMP's, HACCP and OSHA
• Maintain a clean and safe environment while observing all PPE standards and precautions.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as FDA standards.
• Maintain high standards QA, QC, and sanitation for both machines and products.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment.
• Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.
• Responsible for meeting productivity requirements and frequently exposed to fumes and loud noise from forklifts and trucks.
• Responsible for pulling orders based on pick ticket to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
• Clean and repackage the damaged product, load full-service route trucks, and make sure the loads match the outgoing tickets.
• Operate powered lift trucks, floor sweepers, pallet jacks and forklifts safely, with a 0% incident rate.

• Follows health and safety guidelines. Maintain and keep work area according to cGMP.

QualificationsFood Safety Requirements/Responsibilities

• Comply with all Plant, State and Federal OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations.
• Conduct all verification activities to assure finished product comply with food safety and quality specifications.
• Participates in the yearly review of the food safety system.
• Assist in the maintenance of Food Safety and Quality system.
• Responsible for Non-GMO SGS Supply Chain Standards.

Organizational Relationships

• Position reports to Shift Manager
