ManpowerGroup is seeking an Order Analyst for a client, an industry leader in oil and gas, to join the Division Order team in Houston, TX. The role focuses on reviewing well reports, setting up wells, and processing division and transfer orders to ensure accurate payments and ownership records.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of land principles and systems like Quorum Land or SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with division orders and land records is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Quorum Land System or SAP is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of basic land principles and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor well reports to ensure accurate ownership records.
• Assist in the setup of operated and non-operated wells, including ownership changes.
• Prepare and review division orders, supplemental division orders, and transfer orders for disbursement of payments.
• Analyze leases, title opinions, deeds, and contracts to verify ownership interests.
• Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to resolve ownership discrepancies and ensure regulatory compliance.

What's the Job?

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Quorum Land System or SAP is a plus.
