Job summary

Delmar School District seeks a certified music teacher to lead the orchestra program at the designated elementary school. Responsibilities include building and maintaining orchestral programs and coordinating rehearsals before/after school with ensembles such as string quartets.

The role requires part-time presence in-school, and the district offers a casual/seasonal term with EPER benefits aligned to the Brandywine schedule.

• Provide performing opportunities for the orchestra(s) in the school with a minimum of 2 per academic year, which must be conducted outside of the school day.
