Job summary

Brandywine School District in Claymont Elementary School is seeking a certified music teacher for a casual/seasonal assignment. The role involves building and maintaining a concert band program and directing rehearsals before or after school for the full band and ensembles.

You will provide performing opportunities for the bands at least twice per academic year, conducted outside of the school day. Salary is commensurate with the EPER salary schedule and reports to the building principal.

• 3.Hold and Direct before or after school rehearsal with the full band, sectionals, and or small ensembles derived from the full band.
• 4.Provide performing opportunities for the bands in the school with a minimum of 2 per academic year, which must be conducted outside of the school day.
