Job summary

THOR Solutions, LLC, is seeking an experienced Organic Repair Capability Assessment Team Lead to support the Navy Readiness Assistance Training Team in San Diego. The role involves conducting assessments to improve Sailor maintenance proficiency and leading a team of subject matter experts.

Qualifications

• At least fifteen years of supervisory experience in relevant analyses and trainings.
• Experience with maintenance and training staff leadership.
• Familiarity with Navy ship depot level maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct ship ORCA assessments to enhance Sailor proficiency.
• Lead team of SMEs to document user feedback during inspections.
• Perform root cause analysis on industrial plant equipment.

Skills

Supervisory experience in analyses and operations
