Job summary

North Bay Dental Implants & Oral Surgery in San Rafael, CA seeks an experienced Office Manager/Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations across administrative, front office, and clinical functions. You will partner with the surgeon to implement systems, drive performance, and build a strong operational foundation from day one.

This hands-on role requires ownership, accountability, and collaboration to shape a culture focused on patient-centered care and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing healthcare, dental, or medical practices.
• Experience overseeing administrative and/or clinical teams.
• Strong understanding of front office operations and patient flow.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and partner with the surgeon on day-to-day management and long-term planning.
• Oversee patient experience, team performance, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Establish goals, track performance, and implement improvements for growth.
• Implement policies, procedures, and best practices across the practice.
• Hire, onboard, train, and manage front office and clinical staff; provide coaching and feedback.
