Job summary

North Bay Dental Implants & Oral Surgery in San Rafael, CA seeks a Practice Relations Ambassador to promote services and build referral networks across the territory. The role combines community outreach, event planning, and collaboration with clinical and marketing teams to drive new patient growth.

Responsibilities include field visits to dental offices, planning Lunch & Learns and CE events, creating social media content, tracking activities, and reporting ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Event planning, hospitality, customer-facing service, and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Dental/Oral Surgery experience helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships with general dentists and specialists within the territory.
• Conduct routine field visits with dental offices and administrative contacts.
• Provide in-person representation of the practice across the territory and monitor referral patterns.
• Partner with surgeons and leadership to support growth plans and campaigns.
• Plan, schedule, and support Lunch & Learns, CE courses, Open Houses, and events.
• Create and manage social media content calendars; track performance and adjust strategies.
• Travel within the territory to support referral development and operations.
• Maintain records of activities and submit weekly reporting.
